Seconds by Mai is a website where you can buy second-hand items.

Ordering an Item

We dispatch the item within 7 business days from the time it was sold.

Defects and Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

If our suppliers are delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and take action to minimize the damage from the delay. If we have fulfilled this responsibility, we are not responsible for defects and delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of a significant defect or delay, you can contact us to terminate the agreement and receive a refund for the part of the Service that you have paid for but not received.

Disputes regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be resolved by the National Board for Consumer Disputes or by a competent court.
