These general terms of service ("Terms") apply to all individuals shopping on Seconds by Mai, provided by Second Hand Helper AB (559352-5628) ("Seconds," "we," "our," or "us") for our customers ("you").

Seconds by Mai is a website where you can buy second-hand items.

Acceptance of the Terms

Ordering an Item

The Service is ordered when an item has been paid for on the website. Your order will be confirmed by us.

We dispatch the item within 7 business days from the time it was sold.

Our Responsibility

Your Rights in case of Service Defects

In case of defects, you have the right to:

  • Demand a price reduction (corresponding to what it would cost you to rectify the defect).

Defects and Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

We are not responsible for delays and defects beyond our control. If our suppliers are delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and take action to minimize the damage from the delay. If we have fulfilled this responsibility, we are not responsible for defects and delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of a significant defect or delay, you can contact us to terminate the agreement and receive a refund for the part of the Service that you have paid for but not received.

Disputes regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be resolved by the National Board for Consumer Disputes or by a competent court.
