• Items are sent with Postnord, tracking ID will be sent in the order confirmation.
• A purchased item is sent within 3 days on average, and 7 working days at the latest.
• If an item couldn't be delivered for some reason, we take full responsibility.
• Our shipping prices is based on the item's weight and will be added during checkout. See details in check-out or in FAQ.
• When the item has arrived to the postal agent, you have 7 days to pick it up before it is returned.

Mai does not offer free returns, but offer the right to reclaim if the item differs significantly from the described condition. Reclaims need to be made by contacting us at the latest of 14 days after the item has been received.

• New, with tags: Indicates the product is unused and has the price tag attached.
• New, without tags: Indicates the product is unused but lacks the price tag.
• Used, without remarks: Indicates the item has been used and is not brand new, with signs of normal wear, although there are no specific defects to note.
• Used, signs of wear: Indicates the item shows signs of not being new. Any defects present are separately noted. If there is a discrepancy in the item's condition from the advertisement, we offer a claim and provide the seller with a warning.

Mai accepts all major credit and debit cards, and you can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or via Klarna. Payment is made when you place your order, and is not linked to when the item is sent by the seller.
